This website is operated by Ellen Cleaning, providing professional residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the Algarve region of Portugal.
We provide our services only within the Algarve, Portugal (including areas such as Vilamoura, Quarteira, Albufeira, Almancil, Loulé, Faro, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago). We do not offer services outside this region.
Any price we give you before seeing the property is an estimate in euros (EUR). The final price is confirmed before work begins and may vary with the size, condition and specific requirements of the property. Bookings are subject to availability, and a binding agreement is formed only once we confirm your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. We will always try to be flexible.
We carry out our work with professional care and are fully insured. To help us do a great job, please ensure we can safely access the property and let us know in advance of anything fragile, valuable or requiring special care.
We take great care in everything we do and hold appropriate insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Portuguese law, including your statutory consumer rights.
